From Catalog: Probable original edition (contemporary to another with same place and printer, but 162 pp.). Dedicated to Settano (pseudonym of Lod. Sergardi of Siena, Letterato and Latin Satirical poet). The satires of the rose, from him recited to meetings of friends, apparged the innate impulse of irony and the taste for the extruded joke. At the end we read the sonnet 'to those who did not believe the author of the Sativate'.
