Edgewear, corners bumped and rubbed with loss to tips. Lacking spine, many leaves, plates laid in. Covers rubbed, lightly soiled. Gutters starting, mesh visible. Title page with transference (from newspaper clipping?), laid in, with tiny closed tears to fore-edge, small thin chips to foot. Some leaves with finger smudges, some with tiny closed tears to page edges, an informational page (1 of 6) with small thin chips to top and bottom edges. 35 of 36 original plates, some folding, some litho with color. An interesting architecture book with measured drawings and life size examples. German language.
